William Harrison, R. H. Harrison

I am seeking any information on William Harrison of Caroline Co. who was refered to in handwritten family notes as Col. William Henry Harrison. Our family notes show that he had a daughter named Elizabeth who married Elijah Pruett about 1795-1800. Elizabeth had a brother Capt. Robert Harrison and she had either a cousin or another brother named Lucian Harrison. All we know for sure is her son William H. Pruett aquired 50 acres from the R. H. Harrison estate in 1854 across from Shiloh Church. There is a Harrison graveyard not too far from the property , but I don't know who the Harrisons are that are buried there. Any help would be greatly appeciated.
