Does anyone have any information on William Henry MIDDLEBROOK, civil war veteran, and thought to be buried on pemberton farm along with his wife (name unknown)? His son, Sicilian "Sy" Wilkerson MIDDLEBROOK (28Mar1874- 2Mar1956) made timely land purchases around 1900 to reconnect properties originally part of Mt. Airy plantation. After purchasing approx. 1,000 acres, he gave each of his eight children small portions (some around 40 acres) as they married. The plantation burned to the ground around 1932 due to a defective chimney.

His daughter, clarice pearl middlebrook satterwhite jacobs, currently lives in a former tenent house within 1/4 mile of the original plantation. She told me the preceding information.

My grandmother was lillian "lillie" page SACRA (16Feb1883- 19Nov1954)who's brother, charles benjamin SACRA, married bessie ann MIDDLEBROOK and established my link to the MIDDLEBROOKs.

Would greatly appreciate any info.
