Does he have a connection to the Jones Wynn who appears in Georgia records, 1805-1810 in Oglethorpe Co., and after 1815 to his death in 1826 in Putnam County, GA? According to the 1820 census, this Jones Wynn was in the 26-45 year age bracket. In his 1826 will, he named wife Hannah but did not name children although they had seven. One, a daughter born about 1808, was named Lavina, a name that appears in some earlier Wynn genealogy. Any help appreciated! There is also a Joshua Wynn in nearby Hancock and Baldwin Co., GA at about the same time.
