The old Lynchburg College (military academy) was located on Floyd Street, between 10th & 11th Streets. Nothing remains of the old college buildings, but you may have some luck if you contact Jones Memorial Library in Lynchburg. There are several old photos and engravings of the buildings in S. Allen Chambers' book LYNCHBURG: AN ARCHITECTURAL HISTORY.
