Hi

I am not a Rosser but I am from Evington Va which is located in Campbell County Va. When i was growing up there a white man owned a store and lots of land. His name was Bennie Rosser. I think he died a few years ago of a very old age. My grandmother who is still living is 90 and she knew him well. If this may help please respond.
