Is it possible that Mandy Moss who married John Henry Murphy had a brother named Henry P. Moss who was born in Virginia around 1730 - 1740? My 2nd gr. grandfather was Thomas Archibald Moss who was, reportedly, of Cherokee Indian heritage. This faction of the Moss family came from Buckingham Co. Va. and finally settled in Jackson Co., Tn.
