Susannah Taylor of Albemarle County VA married William Berry about 1780,presumably in Albemarle Co.
Susan and William moved to Newton County GA where their daughter Frances Berry married Samuel Brightwell in August 1809. William died just prior to Francis' marriage.
Samuel and Frances lived briefly in Newton Co. GA, then moved to Jackson Co. before establishing a permanent home in Athens, Clarke, GA. where Samuel died circa 1840-45.
Frances remained in Clarke Co. briefly before taking residence with a daughter Martha Brightwell in Walton County where she died about 1870. I am seeking sources of knowledge pertaining to the ancestry of Susannah Taylor
in Albemarle or prior areas of residence. Any assistance with this Taylor family appreciated.
