I have circmstantial evidence for you. Samuel and Mary's second son is named Drury M. Allen. The first was named William M, for his grandfather. This drury named one of his sons Drury M. Allen. Mary is named in a deed Bk E, p. 309, 15 Mar 1819, Alabama, Madiaon Co, AL. She is also named in a quit claim deed to free up the inheritance, Deed book C, p. 25, Madison Co, AL, to free land in Virginia owned by Mary Mimms Allen. This from my book, The Allen Family.Dr. Wicker
