Do you know anything about a Dorothy LEARWOOD who was named in John PHELPSes Will in 1747 in Goochland Co., VA. I'm trying to figure out her relationship to John PHELPS. She is not listed as a daughter...but there is no daughter listed, only three sons, John Jr., Samuel, and William. John's wife was named Margaret.

John owned lands on Flemings Creek, of the north side of Willis River, in present day Cumberland Co., VA and on Deep Creek which is in present day in Powhatan Co. (old Cumberland Co.). In 1730 John owned land on Shockoe Creek in Henrico Co., VA (present day downtown Richmond).

Does any of this ring a bell for you? Thanks in advance.
