Dear Ron, we may have a connection but will have to do some looking to find it. My Joshua, b. 1805, we believe is a descendent of one of the John Worleys, there were three of them all related so it will make it tough. I have also found a Joshua Worley that was a minister and in the Civil War in that same general area but cannot find a listing of his children either. The tie-in for us seems to be the John Worley that had land in the Wreck Island area which is just west of Bent Creek along the James River. Thanks for the names. In return: My Joshua named his children, Thomas Henry, James Marion, Andrew Jackson, Martha, William Dunreath, Jesse Strange, Joshua Jeeter, Charles and Samuel Lee Benton (my ggreatgrandfather). Will check some of my old emails and see what others have sent. Thanks, Margaret
