Hi Everyone:
I am seeking information on Thomas Ayres/Barbary family and his daughters. They lived on Johnson Creek, SW corner of Patrick Co. VA & across the border into Surry Co. NC, later on Lovills Creek Patrick Co. VA. September 1821 Thomas gave three deeds of sale or gifts to each of his daughters still at home: Elizabeth, Phebe & Jane. Thomas was born bet. 1770-1771, died aft. 1840 Surry Co. NC. Thomas was my 4G-Grandfather thur his daughter Margaret Ayres/Andrew Lewis of Russell Co. VA; Fleming Lewis, Sr./Ann McMeans of Tazewell Co. VA; Fleming Lewis, Jr./Polly Ann Vandyke of Tazewell Co. VA; Lula Louise Lewis/Moses Blankenship of Buchanan Co. VA. I would love any information no matter how small on these families. I want to thank you ahead of time for your help on the family history project.
