Surname Of Mabry 1860's

Were there any Mabry freed men in Brunswick or Dinwiddie county Va in the 1850-1860's..if so where did their name come from. I know some of the landowners by that surname had left Va for N.Carolina in the earlier 1800's and Charles Mayberry was in Carroll county Va.
