Joan: Thanks for the reply. My Gr-Gr-Grandmother was Pauline "Polly" Whitby. She was born in Brunswick County around 1824. Her parents were Lewis Whitby and Aggy (or Agga) (Lynch) Whitby...married in Brunswick County, VA around 1820. Polly had at least one brother named Green B. Whitby and another named William or Williamson Whitby. (probably more that I'm unsure of) All were born in Brunswick County. They moved to Williamson County, TN around 1830 or so. Polly married my Gr-Gr-Grandfather, John Wesley Scott in January 1848 in Williamson County, TN. I have also found that either Lewis or Green had a brother in law by the name of Wright. Will look in my records for the specific name and let you know. Looking for Lewis' parents' names and birthdates, etc. Thanks, again. Larry
