I recently acquired copies of a family chart listing a Christopher Mason, s/o Capt. John Mason (1713-1755) and wife Elizabeth of Sussex and Surrey. This Christopher had siblings: Maj. John Mason (d. 1785), James, Joseph, Isaac, David, Daniel. This Daniel m. Mary Wingfield and they appear to be the grandparents of Gen. Winfield Scott, veteran of War of 1812.

Capt. John Mason had siblings David and Isaac Mason who Ann Petway-Mason Lanier.

I have no info on the parents of this Capt. John. The chart begins with a Lt. Francis Mason (1584-1647), immigrant.

Wondering if any of this relates to this Christopher. The chart is #2 of which I have #2 and #3. It is titled "Southside Masons".

Any of this relevant or of interest here?
