Have you looked in the "History of the Bryan-Cole Family in America" narrative By Winfred Bryan Cole? I only copied a part of it so I can't say for sure but the infor might be in there. I found my copy in the LDS Family History Center microfilm # 0982268 about 1988. I only copied a part of it since my line is from Morgan Bryan and Martha Strode through William. I also looked in a book I have here at my house and it gives 4 Sept 1786 as the date of marriage, this supposedly taked from the above reference if I am reading my book correctly. The book states "the license was issued on 4 Sept 1786 with Jesse Hudson, James Bryan, and John Love as witnessses and security(Botetourt County, Virginia Marriage Records as reported by Kegly (1939), P. 539) The marriage took place at Bryans on the Roanoke." Good Luck
