ANY INFO ON WRIGHT'S of Botetourt Co. in mid 1700's

I am looking for the parents of Jacob Wright b. 1774 in Va. Not sure as to which county. Just know he married in Botetourt Co. Va in 1799 to Agnes McMullen daughter of Wm. and Martha McMullen. They all moved to Williamson/Lincoln Co. Tennessee in early 1800. Wright's connected to my Jacob are possibly: Solomon, Richard b.1784 in Va. Susannah b. 1769 in VA. Dennis b. ? in VA. Zachariah b. VA. All these could possibly be siblings to Jacob but not sure. Jacob Wright was later known as one of the wealthiest men in Lincoln C. Tennessee. Jacob children were William, Andrew, James Harvey, just to name a few. Trying to take into consideration he could have named his son's after his own father. I do know that his father in law was a William. Would appreciate any help on this line. Definely at a brick wall. I have suspicions as to his father but he is not in Botetourt Co. area but in Grayson Co. Va.
