Jacob Middleton and wife, Ankey?

I am searching for information on the marriage of Jacob Middleton. From various records, it appears that Jacob must have been born before 1765. He is known to have had a daughter named Elizabeth who was probably born in the late 1780's.

Jacob is listed in Kegley’s Virginia Frontier as part of Captain Looney’s militia from 1781-1786. Jacob registered to pay taxes in Botetourt County, Virginia, 1784. He was a witness at the wedding of Catrine DeWhitt and John Johnston November 30, 1787 in Botetourt County. He bought 135 acres on Sinking Creek in Botetourt County, May 20, 1788. He sold the property in 2 parcels on July 08, 1788. On these deed transactions, his wife’s name is listed as Ankey.

Shortly after the deed transactions, he moved to Lincoln County, Kentucky, where he appears in court records in December 1791.
