George Washington may be s/o Vincent Lake.
Not a s/o Zenas Lake & Mary Hartpence.

James Ritchey 1741-23 Sep 1822 Ky was probably s/o William Ritchey (ca 1700 Ireland - 1775 VA) Immigrated from Ireland ca 1725 to PA- MD -VA. Son James moved from Spreading Spring, Boutetort Co, VA to KY. Bought farm of 204 acres from Alex McConnell for 60lb Sterling. May have sold land he received for War services as land grant in KY, signed by Patrick Henry is now in KY State Archives. From "Historical Register of Virginians in the Revolution 1775-1783" by John B. Gwathmay, 1938 pg. 666.
