I just found a Richard Littrell of Botetourt Co. VA, in a second marriage, about 1820, to a Jane Welch Champe, she the widow of George Champe, b. abt 1756, son of John and Elizabeth Sewell Champ of Loudoun Co., VA.
This Richard Littrell was a Rev. War soldier, died about 1840. Have no data re his first marriage, but children by second look to be Jemima, Mary Jane and William, a sailor, who is reportedly buried in Denmark.
