Looking for info for William MITCHELL and wife Jane ----, bought land 1796, 1799 in Amherst Co. In 1806 sold land in Amherst Co and deed said he was of Botetourt Co VA. He died in Scott Co VA 1824-1825. Children were William, Thomas, Margaret, and Elizabeth. Thanks, Cindy
