I'm looking for any information on the Lynam family of Botetourt County.
They were in that county as early as 1779 when a Peggy Lynem, mother of mulatto Agnes Lynam, Susanna, Thomas and Rose, were brough to court and ordered to bound out her children to a John Withers.

I believe Peggy Lynem came to Botetourt from Stafford County with a family she was bound out to.

I'm looking for any other info about the Lynems. Some of them, I believe, migrated to northern Kentucky as early as 1792. They married into other free families of color [i.e. Goins, Ayers]
