Goose creek in long...there are some near it in places. There is a cemetary in the Leesville area near Carter's Store where the Goose creek empties into the Staunton river
as we like to still call it.This area can be reached by taking Route 43 from Altavista toward Bedford. Carter's Store is about 8-10
miles out of town, at an intersection. I do not remember the other road number,it is to the left off of 43, the cemetary is there just after the turn towards Leesville. A bridge crosses Goose creek there under a rail road tressel. This is where Goose creek ends, the other end of it is up past Montvale Va. many miles away. What is the family name you seek ?
