The older Henry that moved to Franklin Co. is the 1777 Will. At that time the area in Franklin Co was part of Bedford Co. His sons were, among others, William, Skelton, and John. William , the son, named his son William (this is the one who married the Reedy). I believe that another son of William, the son of old Henry, was named Henry after his grandfather. This younger Henry was the colorful one. William the younger if I remember correctly had Eli. William R. Boblett, my ancestor, was born about 1830. The paternity suit was in 1832 or so. His mother wanted to make sure that the boy was provided for. She won her cars. Henry Taylor had to put up a bond in case the boy's welfare ever fell to the state. This Henry was a grandson of the older Henry (Will 1777).
