Hi Tracy,
This is Baker/Ferrall researcher Jan Swart. I happened to come across your old posting in Genealogy. com for Bedford County, VA with your wanting the will of William Stockton from 1795. I happen to have it so here it is! William's parents were Dan Stockton and Catherine Ferrall and he obviously died young.

William Stockton Will
Dated: 11 July 1795
My just debts paid.
Unto my father and mother a full maintenance during their lifetime and the rest of my estate to be equally divided amongst my brotherís and sisters at the discretion of my Executors. If any of the legatees should die before they receive there equal part, their part to be equally divided amongst the rest of the legatees. If any should die without a lawful heir I also will that their part be equally divided amongst the rest of the legatees.
Executors: my father Dan Stockton and my brother Newbery Stockton
Witnesses: Robert Baker, Gideon Martin, Jonathan Groom
Proven: 26 October 1795 by Gideon Martin and Jonathan Groom
(Note: No further information stated as to Executors, Security, etc..)
