Thank you for checking further on descendants for Peter Wright of Oyster Bay. Had to be a different Wright family over there by the water!! Could even be James City County, VA back in 1600's. Our first Abshire came that way.
For the group discussing Bedford County, go to google and enter wright families bedford county virginia. It't the third or fourth one down. When the site comes up, John Wright 1745-1814 Bedford Co. is on page 5 of 7.
I have printed out your John Wright, VA (died 1814) Rev. War documents. Was a reply to Becki. Good job. Just what I need. Have something else interesting for you on the Wrights, but was just 'playing around' - now I have to try to find out how I got there!!
