Middletons in Bedford County, 1770's

I am seeking information on Thomas Middleton (b. 1732) and Walter Middleton wife Elizabeth Chadwell who were born in Loudon County, Virginia and may have lived in Bedford County, VA in the 1770's before moving on to Botetourt County, and later to Kentucky.
