Could some one please help me? My husband is a descendent of Henry Goodnight b Aug 1758 in VA. Married to Elizabeth Chisholm b 1755 in VA. d bef 1840 in Giles Co. TN.
Her Dad seems to of been John Chisholm. Children of Henry and Elizabeth were: John Henry Goodnight; Henry Goodnight: Christina Goodnight; Elizabeth Goodnight & David Goodnight. Children all born in Mecklenberg, Co., NC
I would like to know if there might be a birth cert., & marriage cert., for Henry Goodnight and Elizabeth Chisholm in this Co. of Bedford, VA. Any one with information, I would be so appreciative, thanking you in advance for some help.
