Some words on this were difficult to make out but this transcription is as exact as I could make it. Spelling and punctuation is as was written.

Will of Francis Pollard 1720-1771

In The Name of God Amen I Francis Pollard of the County of Bedford Being through the abundant Mercy and Goodness of God tho weak in Body yet of Sound Understanding & Memory Do Constitute this my Last will and Testament Imprimas I will and positively order that all my Just Debts Bepaid
Item I give to my Two Sons Thomas Pollard & John Pollard all my Lands to be Equally Divided Between them & their heirs forever and as to my Other Estate I Desire it may be Equally Divided among all my Sons and Daughters my wife Betty Pollard to Live on my Land & to Hold possession of my whole Estate During her widowhood for the Maintanance& support of herself and my Children But in Case she Decides to Marry that then the said Estate Shall Be Taken out of her possession and an Equal Childs part of my Estate Given her and her heirs forever and for the Safe management of my Estate I do appoint Constute my wife Betty PollardExecutor and John Phelps Jun. & James Callaway Executor of this my Last will and Testament In witness whereof I have here untoseyt my hand & seal This third day of April One Thousand seven hundred & senenty one Francis Pollard, Lo J (?), Signed Sealed & Deliveredin prescence of

The written Last will and Testament of Francis Pollard Dec'd was enhibeted in court by Betty P ollard, John Phelps Jr. & James Sallaway Gent and proved by the Oathss of Two of the Witnesses thereto Subscribed & Ordered to be Recorded and on the Motion of the said Executrix & Executors who gave Bond with Security and made Oath According to Law Certificate is Granted them for Obtaining probate thereof in Due form of Law Teste Ben Howard CBC
