I looking for information on _________ Monroe who married Artemina/Artmissa/Artmnace ________. He was born before 1800 in Virginia. She was born ca 1799/1800. They were married about 1818/1820. Their first child Jacob Monroe was born 1820; Isaac Monroe; Ellenor/Ellen Monroe; and Christopher C. Monroe was born 1825. They were in Jefferson County Kentucky by 1850 when Christopher C. Monroe was married to Elizabeth Nelson the daughter of David Nelson. This is my brickwall and since I don't know the first name of this Monroe it has be hard for me to locate them. There were Monroe's in Bath Co so I am hoping someone with information on them would be able to help me. Thank you for any help you can provide.
