Haven't found Kenwood in the census but I checked some Alexandria records and determined his parents were William Archibald Jackson and Clara Selph. Kenwood was born in Alexandria in 1919, his sister Alma was born in Alexandria in 1921 and his brother William Archibald Jr died there in 1921. I'll e-mail you directly with more info.
