1774 - AMHERST COUNTY COURT RECORDS
Posted by: MaryJean Childress Voegtlin (ID *****5827) Date: May 24, 2005 at 12:29:06

Hello,

I've just read two [sbatracted] court records dated June 1774 and also November 1774 which apprently were on microfilm. One was a deed, the other was a court order binding out a child. I have access to the GA Archives which is now located in Morrow, GA rather than in perviously housed Atlanta (GA).

My questions is, without going to the archives, can any of you advise me as to any online website (or lookup) which might have information out of Amherst County for the year of 1774? Thank you for anything you can share!
