Mr. Cunningham,
No I do not know family names with the exception of the Ashcraft Roach and his children as named in his estate.
Elizabeth Cox who married James Peyton also spelled Payton bond: October 6, 1788 with Turner Christian, surety. Consent of Elizabeth. Sherred Moore Galaspie and Anthony Street stated that Elizabath was 21 years of age. I noticed that there was an Elizabeth Cox orphan account with a Jopling/Josling as guardian. A Frank A. Crawley also testified as to Elizabeth's age. All I have is in the 1880 History of Hancock Co., Illinois saying that Lewis Peyton born in Amherst Co., Va. was the son of James Peyton of the Am. Revolution and a Miss Cox whom he married in Virginia.
Thank you for your help.
