Was Sarah, wife of Thomas Wingo Jr, a daughter of Joel (Joshua) Meador, Sr.?

Throughout Amelia County tax lists, Joel (Joshua) Meador, Sr. lived in close proximity to the Wingo family in the area around Sandy and Flat Creeks. He was always found on the lists of Thomas Tabb for the Raleigh Parish area where the Wingo family had been located since the late 1730s. At times he is listed immediately before Thomas Wingo, Sr. on the tax list.

The autosomal DNA results for myself and 2 first cousins have countless matches to the Meador family of Essex County in addition to numerous pages of Green matches. Joel Meador's will does not name his children by his first wife, Judith Green, only the last 4 by Agnes Seay. His male children can be identified in the extant tax lists of Amelia County but not female children.

I plan to start ordering microfilm to research any of the Amelia County extant records that might have some documentation to confirm his female children since this is undoubtedly the family to which Sarah belongs.

Has anyone else who has researched this family encountered any records that would connect these two families of Amelia County.
