Reference Amelia Co, VA, 1765, William Wiley is paying tax tith on William Waters, enumerated by Thomas Tabb of Rawleigh Parish.
In 1766 William Waters is paying tax tith on 5oo acres, still enumerated by Thomas Tabb of Rawleigh Parish. Can anyone give me more information on William Waters?
