Some of my Farleys come from this area.Joseph Farley b. 1737 and wife Mary Ellington. They had ten children and some of these people may be buried in this Farley Cemetery? Joseph had land around the Namozine Road. After Joseph's death-

John Farley (my ancestor)[EL.2.5.4] with wife, Elizabeth, deeded 143 acres in Winticomack Creek, likely his portion of the land he and his brothers inherited from his father, to Rice Newman in March 1786. They were in Warren County, North Carolina, when they sold 20 acres on the Namozine Road (which is now in Amelia Co VA.) My John Farley moved on to Gallatin Co. KY after this.
