I am searching for information on Martha "Patsy Ann" Pitzer, born in Allegheny County, Virginia in about 1820 or earlier. She is reported to be a descendant of William Clopton of Yorktown, Virginia. She married Judge Richard Smith in the 1830s, or thereabouts, and had a daughter, Frances Smith, who married John Dorchester sometime before 1853. Frances Smith is my great-grandmother, whose youngest child, Lillian Dorchester, was my grandmother.
