The book you are for looking is County Court Records of Accomack-Northampton, 1632-1640, by Susie M. Ames. Anything (deed, sale, land grant, taxes, prosecution) brought before the Commissioners would be in there. She also has Vol. 2 (1640-1645).

You also may want to look on the Library of Virginia's website (don't know address off the top of my head). They have a basic search of Virginia Land Office Grants for that time period.
