Unfortunately, my family was never very close, and my parents died while I was young. What I do know is that my grandfather's name, Or maybe it is great grandfather, anyway, the name is Gordon Uzzell.
Kathryn, does your daughter use Uzzell? I have never seen any in the book save my brothers, but then again I stopped looking a long time ago.
I would be nice to know my own heritage. Here there is so much based on it, and although I was born here, I feel somewhat displaced.
My father always said that we were French, Welch, Scotch and Irish.... "full of SH" as he would say, but my Mom said that really we are French and Irish.
I don't have any info on Uzzell, and as my parents are dead, I have no way of asking anyone. All I have are the names Gordon Uzzell and Ora May Badway Uzzell.
