Where in NY is he from?

I am looking for a William Utter, born in the 1790s and lived the Delaware/Chenango/Broome County area of NY. His wife was Phebe Unknown born about 1792. They could also have lived in Susquehanna County, PA as some descendents did.

Their son was Gilbert B. Hawkins (2 Oct 1831-15 Jan 1882). He was born in Broome County and died in Tunnel, Broome County. He married Roxanna A. Hawkins (11 Mar 1845 - 14 Oct 1927) on 20 Sept 1860. She was born in Coventry, Chenango County, NY.

Their children were Nathan, Mary Ann, Margaret, Catherine and Melvin.

Any of this sound familiar? Thanks!

Tom Nevlud,
Raleigh, NC
