Sarah Bates Murray-Spanish Fork, Utah

Trying to find my lineage in Ireland!!

Richard Bates, b. abt 1781, of Drafton, Tyrone, Ireland was married to Sophia Anderson, b. abt 1783, also of Drafton.

Daughter was Sarah Bates, b. June 20, 1807, Drafton, Tyrone, Ireland who was married to John Murray, b. June 20, 1814 in Edinburgh, Roxburgh, Scotland.

Sarah and John were married October 28, 1833 in Buffalo, Erie, New York. They then moved and resided in Spanish Fork, Utah, Utah where they both died.

It is unknown where Sarah's parents died, so I have no idea if they immigrated to the US, only that Sarah came some time between 1814 and 1833.

If anyone recognizes this, please contact me here in the forum or at donna@hipster.net.

Thanks
