Looking for Richard Lantz from SW Pennsylvania

He is 48 years old and his mother was told recently that he died in Salt Lake City in the past few months. I already tried the SSDI, but it only goes thru January, 2004.

Is there any way that I can find out if in fact he did die in Salt Lake City?
