In 1979, Douglas Monroe Ricky claimed he divorced Leonda Brassfield in Dallas, Texas, when he filed a marriage application to marry Barbara Parsons. Douglas Ricky died in Utah in 1993. In 2012, Leonda Brassfield claimed in Johnson County, Texas Probate Court proceedings, for estate of Donald E. Pearson, that she signed divorce papers for Douglas Monroe Ricky in Utah. A private investigator failed to find final divorce paperwork in either Nevada, Utah, or Texas, which were states where both parties resided between 1976 and 2012. Any documented divorce paperwork would be appreciated.
