In regards to the twins, apparently they were still born or died as a consequence of extreme prematuriy. That continues to preciptate divorces. A newpaper article indicates that Cleo Lindsay, age 3, died as a result of burns on 21 Nov 1910. My mother, Javon was less than a month old at the time. This substantiates a LDS Family Search file that indicates Ephraim and Camille having been married in 1907 in Ovid, Idaho, and contradicts an Ancestry.com file on Oregon Marriages as having occurred in Union, OR on 5 Mar 1910.
