Have you tried the Bavaria, Germany/Prussia Genealogy Forum? Bavaria did not introduce the civil registration of births, deaths, and marriages until 1876. All that would be available in your case would be church or synagogue records maybe you can find help by posting on genforum Germany/Bavaria.
