I have posted a previous message on the board #2161 and then I just posted a message on Iceland board # 2513.
I am trying to locate records of my Aunt Vigdis Valgardson, who was married to my father Ephraim S. Valgardson's young brother John Peter Valgardson. Ephraim and John Peter's father was Pétur Valgarðsson Ephraims mother was Gúdrun Soffia Jónsdóttir but John Peter´s mother was Johanna Jónsdóttir who I have previously mention in message number 2161.. Can any one help meÞÞÞ
Vigdis Johnson was born 08 december 1897 in Spanish Fork Utah. She was married to John Petur Valgardson who was born 22 January 1895 also in Spanish Fork Utah. I have a prevois message on this board about John Peter's mother Johanna Jonsdottir Valgardson {born 2 may 1848 or 1849 in Vestmannaeyjum. I don't have any detail records of my Aunt Vigdis other than her parents were Ingimore M. Johnson and Tildie Arnasson. I don't know where either of her parents were born or when. LDS records [Personal Ancestral File] are mute other than mother, father and daughter as I have listed here. thanking anyone in advance of any help you may supply or offer...
