Hello:

Searching information on Alfred Woods who married Sarah Jane Foster on December 24, 1885 in Eureka, Tintic, Utah.
On the night of their marriage, a cousin Joseph Christopher Hazelgrave (Hesselgrave,) engineer at the Eureka Mine (Tintic) had left the mine to sing at the wedding. On returning to the mine, he scuffeled with the nightwatchman Ole Olesen, who shot him in the head with a pistol. Joseph is buried in Payson, Utah. He left a young wife and I believe a small child. Does anyone know who, what, where, when or where?

Any employee records of the mines in Eureka? What happened to Ole Olesen?

Are the Eureka mines still mined today?

Any record of any of the above?
