MN Nat'l Guard archives for WWII

I'm trying to find a link to the NG in Minneapolis or to the MN State Archives for records of Nat'l Guard members who served during the years of WWII. My father was in the "Army Ordance" as a civilian (maybe Fed employee or Civil Service, or maybe NG). Sincerely grateful for any contact info.
Dan
