Pennsylvania State Guard 1944-45

Where can I find records for someone who served not only in the Marines during WW 1 but in the PA State Guard Infantry in 1944-45? The only info I have about his PA State Guard service is a faded ID card with his serial number ( 0381 ) and 1st LT then Capt. PA State Guard Infantry. The issue date on the card was Sept 30,1944.
