I subscribe to Ancestry.com.
1900 looks like you Rudolph is 19 living in parents household in Freeport Walton Co. FL. Father George Wahl b. June 1835 in Ger Immigrated 1844 in US 56 yrs Naturalized citizen, mother Amanda b. Oct 1845 in FL had 9 children/5 living at time of census. Brother Willie b. Apr 1874 in FL, Rudoplh b. Jan 1881, sister Estella b. June 1883.
You can look at the 1880 census for free and George, Mandie and Willie appear to be in Escambia Co. FL even though TN is listed as place of birth for George it has to be your family.
FL death index has a George Wahl died 1902, Amanda d. 1922 and son Geo W (1880 census) died 1915 in Walton Co.
Good Luck
