You state you are looking for bio dad but also state you are at dead ends for father and mother. Do you have a birth certificate with bio parents or were you given up for adoption? You don't have to answer here, I just want to let you know I find some state adoption courts allow adoption records to be opened without a court order being yor age. Have you checked with the state you were adopted in? (if you were).
The state you were born or your mother met Scott in would help in finding crew records of ships. Was it East coast ports, the Great Lakes ports, th Gulf of Mexico ports, Pacific coast ports, Hawaii ports, Alaska ports, UK or other world ports?
